Technical Support Engineers - Culver City, CA 

Fonality is seeking Technical Support Engineers to support our customers by phone and email. If you have previous technical support experience, great communication skills, and the desire to learn everything there is to know about Linux and telephony, this may be the perfect job for you.

Engineering and IT

Application Security Engineer - Culver City, CA

We are looking for an experienced Application Security Engineer to ensure that our applications, services, products, and website are designed and implemented to the highest standards. If you enjoy analyzing the security of applications and services, discovering and addressing security issues and quickly reacting to new threat scenarios, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity. You will participate in security audits, risk assessments, vulnerability testing and overall design and implementation across all elements of Fonality’s software systems.

Network Operations Center (NOC) Administrator - Culver City, CA

Fonality is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Administrator for a 4AM-1PM shift who will be responsible for carrying out daily hardware and software monitoring tasks, configuring and reacting to hardware and software alerts, scheduling and/or performing maintenance, and effectively communicating between departments in response to incidents and/or projects. The NOC Administrator ensures critical business systems are online, operational and healthy, and takes all necessary steps to resolve any issues.  The NOC Administrator is the escalation point for all incidents and escalates technical issues to the proper resources.

User Interface Enginneer - Culver City, CA

We are seeking a User Interface Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Culver City, CA. This position will be responsible for designing the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of new and existing web and mobile applications. The UI Engineer will help transform new and existing product ideas into intuitive, engaging experiences, as well as refine existing materials and products. This is a senior-level position, and the successful candidate will work closely with the engineering and development teams.

iOS Developer - Culver City, CA

We are looking for an iOS Developer for our growing Engineering team in Culver City. This person will be responsible for development and design of Fonality’s UI architecture and interface for our next generation iOS applications. The candidate will participate in design sessions, work closely with product & other non-technical staff, perform heads down development, work with QA on test plans, and create necessary documentation.

 

Finance and HR

Accounting Clerk - Plano, TX

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join Fonality’s growing Finance team in Plano, TX. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for helping the team with various Accounting responsibilities including account reconciliations, month-end journal entry uploads, entering AP invoices, as well as support for various audits. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from a four year university with a degree in Accounting.

Product Management

Senior Product Manager - Culver City, CA

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead all aspects of our product lifecycle from requirement to development, QA, Alpha/Beta, and post-release under the direction of the Vice President of Product Management. The ideal candidate will have mix of Project Management and Product Management skills. The Product Manager will track and report milestones to senior management throughout the product development life cycle, from early-stage feasibility through all design phases, up to and including qualification testing and transition to production.

SMB Inside Sales Executive - Plano, TX 

We’re looking for a SMB Sales Exec to join our SMB sales team. Fonality’s SMB team is paid on a generous base plus commission and will be responsible for sales activities from new lead generation through close of sales in a nationwide territory.  The Telecommunications Sales Exec will work with the sales management and marketing teams to generate new revenue and achieve long-term business goals in line with Fonality’s vision and values. The professionals we are seeking are self-motivated, high-energy, competitive individuals, with established relationships that can be leveraged for the purpose of gathering qualifying information, uncovering needs, and generating sales for Fonality. 

Channel Account Manager - Plano, TX 

We are seeking an experienced Dallas based Channel Account Manager, who is passionate about evangelizing emerging technology. This position will engage, manage and develop Fonality’s reseller channel. The world-class channel reseller organization that you help to develop will be the vehicle for the majority of Fonality’s sales growth in the coming years. You will be expected to assess ongoing business needs, communicate effectively, administer the necessary steps to further develop their sales staff, and manage a timeline through their first sales and revenue production with Fonality.

Strategic Account Manager - Plano, TX  

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with a assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts. This position is responsible for achieving sales targets and other defined objectives. This position will report to Fonality’s Director of Global Account Management.
