Fonality seeks a Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Operations organization in Culver City, California. Ideal candidates have at least five years of hands-on, professional experience in one or more of the following: Cisco IOS, JunOS, BGP, OSPF, CentOS or Redhat Linux, telecommunications facilities, data center operations, incident escalation, project management, and related professional disciplines.
QA Engineer - Culver City, CA
We are seeking a QA Engineer in our Culver City office. This person will be responsible for supporting test lab setup, documentation, execution and management of QA test plans and cases, tools, and best practices in a way that will produce high-quality, secure applications/software that will meet functional requirements. The ideal candidate will provide both preventative actions to avoid similar future problems, and to make recommendations on corrective actions to resolve existing product and customer problems.
NOC Technician - Culver City, CA
Fonality seeks a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to work morning and afternoon shifts in our network control facilities in Culver City, California with regular travel to data center locations in downtown Los Angeles. Fonality is seeking a System Administrator to join our Infrastructure Operations team. As System Administrator, you'll share responsibility for all Linux systems used in production, staging, and development environments. The Fonality network consists of 600+ Linux servers across several data centers. Perl Developer - Culver City, CA
We are seeking a Perl Developer with experience creating both backend and web applications. Our primary product consists of a high-level, intuitive, web-based interface to the open-source PBX software Asterisk. We've also built various other desktop applications and APIs that interface with our system and Asterisk. You’ll be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining new and existing systems written in Perl within a Linux environment.
Provisioing Technician - Hawthorne, CA
We are looking for an experienced Provisioning Technician to join our team in our Hawthorne warehouse. You will work closely with sales, customer support, and management to ensure maximum provisioning efficiency (internal and external), and optimization of on-hand inventory. You will be responsible for light hardware assembly, software installations, and QA of Fonality systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience scheduling and shipping materials, resolving order issues, and have a good understanding of inventory control.
