Fonality will provide a replacement phone system to any of its customers whose service has been terminated due to the hurricane. The new phone systems will be offered to active Fonality customers who are under an active support agreement and operate their businesses within the affected areas. Fonality will send a new replacement phone system server, cover shipping costs and phone installation for no cost.

Thanks to Fonality’s patented Hybrid-Hosted model, critical phone system data is stored securely off-site, which means we are able to restore any customer’s system within an hour. Fonality will commit to bring their customers’ businesses affected by Hurricane Ike up and running within one hour, from the time equipment is received and they are on the phone for a technical installation with Fonality's service representatives.
