The services that the company provides include VoIP and unified communications, as well as mobile and contact center solutions.

The company also created a new service called Heads Up Display, which allows customers to connect with the desired representative directly based on what the client is looking for.

According to Frost & Sullivan, the North American hosted IP telephony market will experience double-digit growth through 2017. Fonality will look to expand its services to even more businesses as they recognize the financial and productive advantages that hosted telephony services provide.
