Small Business Office Digital PBX
Are you a small business with plans to grow in the future? Are you noticing an increasing number of incoming and/or outgoing phone calls that your staff has to handle at one time? Are you searching for a small office PBX phone system that will grow with your business but not burden your bank account? Do you long for the digital PBX sound quality offered by expensive IP-PBX phone systems?
If so, you have come to the right place. Fonality offers two affordable phone systems that will allow you to enjoy digital PBX sound quality and handle your current and future call volumes. We offer two small office PBX telephone systems which are specifically designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. The PBXtra™ Standard Edition and Call Center are affordably priced and offer a number of great features. Our small business PBX systems are also very easy to install and won’t require you to hire an IP technician to maintain them.
This page has been developed to help you understand what you’ll need to get your small office PBX telephone system up and running. Remember, all PBXtra™ products provide the high-quality digital PBX sound. Below are major components necessary for a Fonality small business PBX telephone system:
Step 1 - Select your PBXtra™ System:
Fonality offers two full-featured IP-PBX telephone systems from which to choose. Both the PBXtra™ Standard and Call Center software run on a 256 MB RAM custom server with a one-year off-site hardware warranty. This server is suitable for small office PBX systems with four or less telephones. We recommend an on-site warranty upgrade and 512 MB RAM server for businesses that want to install more than four telephones. Both PBXtra™ systems have the capacity to support unlimited IP phones and up to 12 analog phones per server and these systems offer a number of great features. To determine which PBXtra™ small business PBX system is best for you read through all the features on our Web site or speak with a member of our sales team.
Step 2 - Select your IP Telephone:
PBXtra™ supports a number of IP phones including the Polycom IP 501/601/4000, Aastra 9112/9133/480i, and Cisco 7960. Our team fully tests each of the IP telephones we sell in-house before recommending them to our clients. We suggest that you purchase your IP telephone directly from us when you place your small office PBX system order due to the fact that we preconfigure each IP telephone before we ship it to you. If you do not see the IP telephone you are looking for, contact our sales department. We are happy to assess the telephone and determine if it works with our system upon your request.
Step 3 - Adapting your Analog Telephones:
Before placing your order, take the time to determine how many existing analog or cordless telephones you are going to use on your small office PBX system. Both the PBXtra™ Standard and Call Center systems can support up to twelve analog telephones, including cordless telephones. To use an analog telephone with PBXtra™, our team must install a base expansion card on your server. Each base expansion card can accommodate up to four analog phone ports. Each analog phone port must be purchased separately and can be ordered directly from our Web site when you order your small business PBX telephone system.
