Did you know you could get paid for referring other businesses to Fonality?  Through our Customer Referral Program, we pay you for your referrals that become Fonality customers.

How it works

1.       Send Fonality your referral by filling out the form below
2.       Submit a W-9 and the signed terms and conditions to referrals@fonality.com
o   W-9 form
3.       Receive your reward once your referral becomes a Fonality customer**
 

*Referral rewards may vary depending on the specific solution and payment method ultimately chosen by the customer. For more information, email referrals@fonality.com.
 
** Payment for business referrals is made by issuing a check payable to the referrer. Payment will be forfeited if the referrer's W-9 and signed Terms and Conditions are not provided to Fonality within 30 days of the order date of referral. Payment will not occur until the referred customer has activated service and has paid their bill for the first two billing periods. The referred customer must be in good standing for 60 days at the time payment is issued.
