Referral Program Requirements

• Sign a basic Referral program agreement
• Fill out and complete a W9

If a referred customer purchases UNBOUND, our fully-hosted solution, payout is on a per seat/extension basis. By product type, the breakdown for payout on UNBOUND is as follows:

• $50 for UNBOUND Standard Edition
• $75 for UNBOUND Professional Edition
• $100 for UNBOUND Call Center Edition

This is a one-time payout. Referrers have the option to be paid via check or via a credit to their bill, if they are a customer. Referrers will be paid after customer has been with Fonality for two billing cycles. Referrers will be required to sign an agreement and fill out a W-9, if you wish to be paid via check.

If a customer purchases PBXtra, our hybrid-hosted solution, payout is based on software only:

• Referrer is paid 25% for any PBXtra edition.

This is a one time payout. Referrers have the option to be paid via check or via a credit to their bill. Referrers will be paid after customer has been with Fonality for more than 30 days. Referrers will be required to sign an agreement and fill out a W-9, if you wish to be paid via check.
