Using "Direct Dial" on IVR to dial ooh323 trunk extension

Hi All,

Perhaps someone can help. I have successfully established a ooh323 (H.323) custom trunk between my Avaya IP 406 office to my Trixbox server. Internally (using any of my Trixbox SIP endpoints) I can reach any of the extensions on my Avaya system using a 4 digit extension (1xxx "Dial Pattern") that I have configured using an Outbound Route that is configured as a "Intra Company Route". This works perfectly both ways (Avaya phones can reach SIP endpoints on my Trixbox and vice versa).

The problem is when I call into my system and am greeted with my main IVR I can only "Direct Dial" Trixbox SIP internal endpoint extensions (Which for this example are all numbered 4xxx). When I attempt to direct dial any of my 1xxx extensions which belong to the Avaya telephones on the other side of the ooh323 trunk I am immediately prompted with, "I am sorry that is not a valid extension". I have "Enable Direct Dial" checked on my IVR. Keep in mind that I am prompted with the greeting immediately after hitting the first digit (4 in this case) of the 4xxx extension I am attempting to reach.

Is it possible to direct dial a H.323 extension using the IVR function?
