50$ bounty-how to block caller ID in UK via sip trunk

we are connected to provider in UK, focus4u, they do not support the standard 141 to block caller ID. customer must have their ID blocked asap. tried inserting privacy settings to no avail-help !

That's unusual behaviour for a service provider in the UK.

I've never used it, but have you tried putting in the outbound callerid field of the SIP trunk together with a tick in "Never override outbound callerid"?

Or change your provider.....
