No Messages in voicemail box

Hello

i have installed the latest trixbox CE and configured it with our sip truck set up 3 ext. all ext work i can get calls in and i can call out. IVR is setup calls in go to the IVR and i can here the out of office message but when leaving a message nothing is in the mailbox. i get notified that a voicemail is waiting but box is empty. your help is much need and appreciated

What are your settings on the Voicemail options for the extension where the voicemail is being left? If you have the voicemail sent to an email, is there anything in the email when it arrives? I know... long shot but it's the only shot I have.

I do get a email saying

I do get a email saying there is a voicemail but the there is no length to the voicemail and as for the ext i have them setup correctly
