SIP Trunk Configuration

I am trying to configure a SIP Trunk (my first one) and even if i managed to have inbound calls, i am not able to place outbound calls.

The Peer Details in the SIP Trunk GUI are

context=from-pstn
host=xxxxxxxxxx.com.cy
qualify=yes
nat=yes
type=peer
insecure=very
srvlookup=yes
username=xxxxxxxxxxxxx
secret=xxxxxxxxxxxxx

I tried to use
type=both but nothing worked (not even inbound)
Are those settings enough?
Which file is responsible to hold this configuration?

Note that the register string couldn't be captured from the gui therefore i placed it directly in the
/etc/asterisk/sip_registrations_custom.conf

Thanks
