For less then an year I was using the service of SonoVoIP but since a week we can't connect to numbers in Western Europe anymore. We send this problem to them but a small week later we doesn't have any response. Other SonoVoIP customers who I know have the same trouble and even there SonoVoIP won't respond.
I ask an friend from Canada to check this company and their Canadian toll free number isn't working anymore, the company seems to be vanished. Watch out for doing business with this party, if it's possible use your prepaid budget and search for some new company.
Did someone has some alternate party who offer good service and low rates like SonoVoIP? For me it's even important that I can send any number out from my Trixbox without any filter or something. I like to set this by the extention setup.
