Not sure if this is a queue problem, a Grandstream problem, or a configuration problem.
More and more often calls directed to the operator queue do directly to voicemail, even when the extension is not busy.
There's only one extension in the queue (424) and it's a Grandstream 2020 with an operator extension panel attached.
The problem isn't reproducible at will, but is happening daily now, even though the receptionist is rebooting the phone every morning.
Rest of the system: Trixbox 2.6.2.3.
35 extensions, mostly Polycom 330s.
SIP provider is CBeyond.
What else can I look for? My newbie eyes don't see any problems in the log files.
