Agents busy, customer call back script

When hold time gets exceedingly long I'd like to offer my callers the ability to have me call them back. Something along the lines of:

"push * now and we'll call you back when an agent is available."

"if you would like us to call you at {callerid} press 1, or press 2 to enter a different number"
2
"please enter the number you would like us to call you at, followed by #"
5551212#
"you entered 5551212, if this is correct you may hang up and we'll call you back as soon as an agent is available, if the number is incorrect push #"

Then I need the number, and the date and time emailed to me. Is this something that is possible? Anyone interested in helping me out? Thanks in advance,

How much money do you have to spend?

Seriously, this is custom programming. You have two options, learn Asterisk script language (very easy if you have ever programmed in another language) or pay someone to do it.
