Hi,

I have a small (5-10 agents at one time) CC System on Trixbox 2.4 (asterisk 1.4). I work good for last three years.
I use dynamic Agents. Agent can login/logout from local extetnions or from outside (mobil).

trixbox CE is Open Source

trixbox CE is Open Source software. No new development has occurred in the last 2 years. If you are interested in open source solutions (like trixbox was) you can check out the FreePBX distro and PBX in a flash.
