Caller ID

Hi,

I have problems with setting caller ID. Could anybody help me with that? I've tried to put this combination , but each time the Outbound route caller ID is displaying my voip account number.

Please help me with that, cause it's becoming frustrating...

Hi,

You may need to contact your trunk provider. I know with my provider, I have to tell them what caller ID's I want to be able to use and they allow them, once I do that I can display any of the caller ID's that I have a right to by setting it on the extension. This means I can't make a mistake, or deliberately display a caller ID belonging to a neighbour or other company ;)
