I have a Sangoma 4 port card.
At 5pm I send incoming calls to a call center using an analog line. This works fine but on occasion, a caller will get forwarded however, when the line is selected, there is another call on that same line that hears the number dialing and then both callers are connected together.
Breakdown:
Incoming call Line 1
Outbound forward on Line 4
If a call is coming on Line 4, both Line 1 and 4 are talking to each other.
Has anyone experienced this and what was the resolution?
