Hi there, I am trying to dial out from extension to trunk via Outbound rule. My trunk (sipgate.co.uk) handles full UK dialing code so I guess, no need to add dialing rules in the trunk. The outbound rule uses 9|. and the trunk is there listed. However, my soft phone (Eyebeam) just doesn't seem to connect to the trunk when the actual number is prefixed with the 9. i.e. 910000 should connect to the sipgate test number 10000, 901613701090 should call a local number etc but, it doesn't.
The trunk works perfectly for incoming calls and functions with whatever I ask it, ring group, extension, IVR etc.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Further info: I have noticed that there are some errors reported in the system status, cron etc. Not sure where to go to address these errors/events. I have static IP with UDP ports 5060-5070 and 10000-20000 fowarded to trixbox. Three extensions, all working fine.
