Sending Faxes

Hi All.
I am looking at a solution where we will use a couple of trunks connected to a SIP trunk to send a fax.
This solution is ONLY for sending faxes, not receiving.
Ideally we would want to just somehow send a fax to a trixbox and have it send the fax. I am away of theings like HaliFax(might have spelled it wrong) but not sure how it works etc.
Or do I need to use a fax modem connected to say a PAP2.
