About to be faced with integration of existing VRU applications written with PHP and AGI behind an Avaya phone system. Sounds like there has been success establishing H323 trunks.
What I need to know is if Avaya can send their UCID (universal call id) over H323? Also how the UCID is accessible from the asterisk dialplan? Anyone done this before and can share. Really want to avoid going the CTI route to get this information.
