I'm have succesfully configured Avaya IP 406v2 in part of outgoing calls. It's fine. But incoming (from avaya to trix) is very bad. Can someone help me to resolve it problem by logs?
6101 - number on trixbox
234 - number from avaya. Finally = 234 -> 6101. Result:

What was the resolution here?

I am trying to do the same thing...
I can get calls to go between systems no problem....

I want to take all inbound calls to the Avaya system and route over to the Trixbox.
I had to send the call to Extension x on the trixbox side...I setup a Short Code to route the call across to Trixbox.
I have the Trixbox extension set to send all calls to the IVR Main Menu.

Basic Menu which is press 1 for user1, press 2 for user 2, etc.... The call then sends out to trixbox ext x which forwards the call back to Avaya extension.

I am not getting the callerID once the call is passed back to Avaya.

Any help is appreciated.

bfancy, have you tried

bfancy,

have you tried checking "intra-company route" on your outbound route?
