Hello, the company i work for has trixbox call center edition. We've been having a series of somewhat annoying and seemingly unconnected problems. We recently upgraded to call center edition around the first of the year and are working on a fresh install.

Problem the first: Cisco phones are not creating config files on the trixbox server. This ends up making those phones unprovisioned. (particular model of Cisco phone is 7940 series)

Problem the second, Upon changing a couple users passwords their HUD (Client version 3.0.002781 GA Server version 3.0.003494 M1.3) would not allow those users to sign in with the new password citing a error connecting with the server.

Problem the third, Several phones are showing missed calls as 12:00 AM. I have no idea how to tackle this one.

I will be glad to provide relevant information, though I will profess I am very much a novice when it comes to the advanced functions of trixbox.

The phones don't create the

The phones don't create the config files on the server. The system dmin creates the config files on the server using the endpoint manager. Once the files are created then the phones pull the files off of the server.

You are in the wrong forum so hopefully an admin will move this to the correct location. HUD does not work on trixbox CE, I have only used trixbox CE (hence why I am in the trixbox CE forum).

From the sounds of it you don't understand trixbox and you may be better off getting a paid support person to handle your issues.

You are correct in my lack of knowledge of trixbox. That being said, I should have been more clear about the Cisco phone problem. When Add a phone in trixbox for Cisco phones the trixbox server does not create a new config file.

Bump

The problem regarding user's not being able to connect to HUD extends now to new users being added, as well as any modifications to their passwords.
