Anyone know of any Q&A Session applications for the Asterisk?

...good for order taking over the phone, etc.
Has been around since the dawn of time in traditional voice processing servers, and uses what is called 'grunt detection'. No special speech recognition is used nor required and typically worx on any vanilla dialogic or brooktrout audioboard (in a traditional system).
Anyone know of a similar asterisk app in existence already?
