just found that the ari has a limit on showing recorded calls, in the call monitor page. I had trixbox record all in&out calls on my ext., just now I found I couldn't see any recording record in ari call monitor page, so I reduced the number of files in monitor folder down to 2000, all recordings came back.
is there any way to fix this? I think the limit is something around 3500 files, which is not sufficient for most of our customers, also they want to keep their recordings for at least 3 month so they can go back and listen to some of them when needed.
