We have just moved our office to a new location and we had to setup our servers again.... Our problem is our IT guy left us without providing any information about the passwords of our Asterisk server... Is there any way that I can connect trixbox and reset the password or How do I reset the password of the asterisk server because we can't use any of our phones right now?
why do so many people post "help" questions not on the "Help" forum but in the "Open Discussion" forum? Perhaps if we don't answer them here they will eventually learn.
if low number of users, then perhaps my suggestion will be to redo the installation.
