Auto hang up problem

Hello

I'm using the following requirements:

Elastix 1.6.0
Openvox A400P with 3 FXO
X-lite

We have around 10 users, some of them reported to me that sometime it will
auto hang up when they are talking to outside PSTN. could someone have this
experience? I don't know where can I fix it.

I tried both Elastix 1.6.0 and Trixbox 2.8.3 but this problem still occurred,
