the call manger in the user portal shows all inbound and outbound calls but only outbound calls have an icon to listen to them. all extentions are set to always recod both incoming and outgoign. if I check the var\spool\asterisk\monitor folder they are all there but outgoing calls have a prefix of OUT(ext)- and incoming calls have an prefix of G(ext) I am assuming the naming convention is from who to who, but for some reson call manager is not picking up that the incoming call files are there. I have been manualy going to the var\spool\asterisk\monitor folder and listening to them as i need to but i can be asking others to do this.
am I missing a simple setting or is theis a bug. I have seen others with this problem and searched through the threads but no one seems to have an actual answer. most threads just kinda stop without a conclution. one had mentioned that a new development version of ARI would help( I know this is a modual but that s about it) not sure how to get development moduals.
