Call recording not working

always, on Demand call recording features are not working. i test *1 not files has been generated and i tested always option have the same problem no recorded files at all.
any advise/help?

ok done,

pbx settings>recordings>log in with user credentials > setting > check (always)

Always option in extension didnt work for me :)
