What did you mean with Callback option?
I have running on my pabx a script what you can find at http://www.voipjots.com/2006/02/click-to-call-with-your-asteriskh...
It's display's a form on your webserver were the costumer can type his telefone numer.
Then the script is telling to your pabx call you internal and if you have pack-up your call it's dialing the numer off the custumer.
You find these kind off scripts a lot op company website's whit a buttun "we call you back"

Thanks for coming back to me, well I was more thinking in the line of the Call Back that is in Freepbx I have done the initial configuration correctly (i think) but now I am left hanging high and dry :) no other configuration guides that I can find.
I really like that script just a shame that it is only for the us wont work here in South Africa.
