TB 2.4 Asterisk 1.4.16 / FreePBX 2.3.1.3

I am puzzled and not sure how to fix something --

Working with an Account who has a receptionist answer all calls to the "main number". Screen the calls and transfer them to the prinicipals.

The problem is that the transfer shows as the repecptionist 2101 calling not the caller on the Prinicipals phone, and worse on the ARI call log the VM is logged as coming from 2101 as well instead of the caller. 2101 is a Cisco 7970 SIP8.3.3.SR2 and transfer is done both attended and unattended.

Did I miss a setting or something ?
