CID Problem from external to queue

Running trixbox 2.2.12 and FreePBX 2.4.1.0

When receiving an external call the CID info shows Name and Number like it should -- for example "Buck Johnson" , however when an external call comes in and is routed to a queue the CID shows number and number -- for example "7775551212" .

I would obviously like it to show the name and number like normal when getting routed to a queue. Anyone else seen this? and what can I do to fix it?

In case anyone is interested....

This was fixed by me adding a wait(1) in the configuration (took me a long time to figure that out). I suppose that means that the trixbox was processing the call faster than it could get the CID info from the phone company.

Then of course I had the challenge of putting that delay somewhere where it would not get overwritten when I made normal changes.

Now all is well -- but definately not a "typical" programming problem/solution.
