Alright so after many hours of troubleshooting out of no where the phone decided to finally work with the new 8.4 SIP Firmware. Now before I could "select" a call and I was suppose to be able to conference those two calls however the SCCP didn't support it. Now that I have the SIP Firmware I can conference calls but only if I have one call going first then dial the other. What if I want to conference to calls together if someone called and then another person called in or I was on one call and called someone else then wanted to conference them? Also can I do blind transfer?

Any help would be appreciated!

Park the call

You can use the call parking to join the income parties. I think your questions is how to conference the 2nd incoming call with the 1st party. Here is how you can do it.

You are talking to the first call or caller and the 2nd call come in. It depends how your incoming call is routed. If the call comes in and rings your operator's phone, you can just tell your operator to park the call. After the 2nd call is parked by the operator, you can just hit the "Conf" button on the Cisco phone. Your first call should be put on hold and you should get dial tone again. All you have to do is dial the call pickip slot number to pickup the 2nd caller. As soon as you get the 2nd caller on the line, hit "join" button on the phone to join the 1st caller together. All parties should be in conference now.

If you don't have a operator and the 2nd caller ring your extension with call waiting signal while you are talking to the first caller, you can simply hit "conf" button on the Cisco phone and hit "Answer" to pickup the 2nd caller and hit "join" again to conference the 1st caller in.
