Hi,

I been asked to configure an extension with some options that I initially thought would be simple however I've hit a dead-end and would be grateful to the collective brain that is this forum to give me some pointers.

The setup needs to be:

IVR Opt. x > Extension xxx > if Ext. xxx is busy/engaged go to voicemail OR if there's no answer divert to mobile number

They've also asked if the phone is off that it goes to the mobile number so I assume that's classed as unavailable?

I understand how trixbox works and I'm able to edit some of the simpler conf files to change things but my understanding isn't good enough to write my own custom app for example. If anybody knows of any good resources where it explains what is going on in the conf files and how it all works I would really appreciate it. It would also stop me having to ask silly questions on here again :) and hopefully I'll be able to help people in my position in the future.

I do appreciate that this may not be a simple setup and should you have a resource where I can find out how to do this for myself that would be just as helpful.
