In "general settings" , I select the "Please leave your message after the tone. When done, hang-up, or press the pound key." , however incoming calls still receive the message "Please leave your message after the tone. When done, hang-up, or press the pound key." just after the personal greeting and before the message recording.
These incoming calls are sent to a "ring group" and according to the ring group rules, if no user answers, the call should go to the 1st user's VM (unavailable).
If I select VM(no msg) in the ring group settings, no message is played (even the greeting is not)
What I want is to disable the default message but leave the user's greeting.
How can I do that ?
