Hi,
I have an extension setup that has Record Incoming and Outgoing both set to Always. However when I call an external number, the recording doesn't take place.. In the logs I get:
[Sep 20 17:50:21] VERBOSE[15733] logger.c: recordingcheck|20080920-175021|1221929421.82: Outbound recording not enabled
I have double checked and it is enabled for the calling extension.
I did find a bug in Freepbx when one extension is calling another extension and recording doesn't take place, however this is me calling an outside number.
If I dial *1 during a call, the recording takes place so it looks like FreePBX isn't putting the right values in the conf files to enable recording.
Can somebody tell me what conf files I need to look at (I've looked at the ones I thought it would be in and can find nothing, however I'm not sure what I'm actually looking for!) and does anybody have ANY suggestions?
