Extensions in queues, offline / busy?

Hello.

I am working on a setup where every extension have their own queue, so callers can sit tight and wait till it's their turn.

However, I need to work out a way so it will react on whether the only extension in the queue is offline, and then hand out a IVR from that and hang on. Or the extension is busy with another call, and the callers will have to wait in queue.

So far I only made it wait 1 minute, and if the called extension didnt react or pickup the call, then caller will get IVR told to wait, or press 1 to go back to the menu.

If you understood me good enough, then I'm looking forward to some replies. :-)

I didnt understand this

I didnt understand this part:

"However, I need to work out a way so it will react on whether the only extension in the queue is offline, and then hand out a IVR from that and hang on. Or the extension is busy with another call, and the callers will have to wait in queue."

Could you elaborate?

Hi, what I was trying to say

Hi, what I was trying to say is:

If the extension is offline -> Play IVR1
If the extension is busy -> play IVR2

IVR1 will tell the caller, that the called user is not available, and then it will hang up the call.

IVR2 will tell the caller that the called user is currently busy (With another call?), and then it will tell the caller to wait.
