Hi,
Im running a SIP trunk with Engin. After blood sweat and mostly tears I got it working. I'm using SPA phones and had to use the dial plans in the phones and put xx. in the out bound route to get it to work.
As a failover, I've setup an SPA400. This is working, but I have two problems.
1. When incoming calls come through the SPA400 the phone rings a half dozen times before the call is passed through to a ring group. Is there a setting some where to change?
2. When calling out and the Engin trunk is down, it takes about 20 seconds for it to kick over to the SPA trunk and dial the number - again is there a setting somewhere?
I'm very new to Trixbox so any help is much appreciated.
