Is there a way I can allow my operators access the Flash Operator Page without having to know the login to access the Trixbox main page? That or have a separate page that just shows the FOP and nothing else.

Create a shortcut on your desktop that goes to the fop page. Right click on your desktop, select new...shortcut. When it says "type the location of the item", put in the address of the fop. Which is http://ip address of trixbox/admin/panel.php
or pull up the trixbox user page (no password on this page) and select fop at the top or bottom of that page

I secured my trixbox user page to use https and require username/password. I do not want to give my operators this password. Is there any other way of doing this? I was thinking maybe having the FOP page also reside at https://ip address of trixbox/FOP and would require no password.

You should find it's viewable at IP address/panel anyway
I personally setup only ipaddress/panel to be available to anyone on the network, while all other directories can only be accessed from the IP of the main windows server on the network.
