Forward calls using web

I am trying to figure out how to forward calls from a remote location. I thought I did this before using the browser and not having to physcially be at the phone. I would like to forward all calls to an extension to another number by using the web.

If your Trixbox is exposed

If your Trixbox is exposed to the web, go to the ARI, log into the extension you want to forward, and set the number there.

I don't see where to get to the ARI. I can get to my phone via IP, or do I have to go through TrixboxCE? Do I have to install something to have access to the ARI?
