Hay all
I have a client that wants to be able to hit a button on his phone (aastra 55i and 53i's). Any ideas on how this can be completed?
I am going to look into the aastra key commands but do not remember a forward button.

The call forward on the phones are not just a one button feature. This might have to be enough but I would still like to get some out of the box ideas on this.
