You need to study the documentation. the d110p is a clone to the Digium cards and supported in the base Zaptel drivers.

How do you expect anybody to answer a question like that. Lastly read the getting started guide, try and configure your outbound routes and then post back if you can't get it to work.
It is extremely rude and presumptuous to ask simple open ended questions without reviewing previous posts and the wiki. You should also have the software loaded on the server you intend to use.

in my old setup im using fxo single line card,i want to upgrade my trixbox to e1 r2.i have already Digium Card E1 r2 model D110P.i already put the card to pci slot of my trixbox machine since this is my first time using e1 r2 phil variant i dont know how to configure that.pls help me what should i need or what is the first thing what im going to do...
