Integrating Nortel and Trixbox

Hello,
I have a client with a interesting question. Is it possible to take a old Nortel MICS 7.1 with a Nortel Voicemail 4.0 and integrate it with a trixbox? The system has approx 30 handsets.

Idea 1: Can the trixbox control the Nortel T7613 Phones? If so how do you connect them to the box and distribute the extensions?

Idea 2: Replace Nortel Vm with trixbox, but that still leaves the issue of transferring calls back and forth between the nortel and trix.

Any ideas on how to do this would be appreciated.

http://www.voipsupply.com/citel-portico-h-sip-3dy-ruc24 This looks interesting. It allows you to use your old key system phones and connect to you shiny new IP PBX. It looks like you are wanting to phase out of the old Nortel into the shiny new IP PBX. Is this incorrect?
