I`m having problems with mi IVR, well with the recording system, I´m uploading a .wav file will all the specification necessary I cant even here it after uploading it, the problem is that when I call in to my system I get noting i dont here anything...!! Like I have a problem whit the file, but I tried every thing I even transformed it into a .gsm file and try with a recorded made in one of the extensions and nothing...!
But I no the IVR is working because when I hit a number of the opciones posible I get transfer into the Queues that correspondes...
What cant be the problem
What cant I do!!!
