Lost audio on incomming calls within 1-3 minutes (typical)

Hello Everyone,

We recently had to rebuild our Trixbox CE to the latest version (well, as of last month or so). Since then, we have consistently had an issue in which we do not hear anything on most incomming calls between 1.5 minutes to 3 minutes. We can keep talking and the caller can still hear us though, and after a minute or two the Trixbox still says the call is going on.

I have called VoicePulse and they did not see any obvious problem on there side. We evaluated our ISA firewall, found no problems (the settings are the same as what they were on the old trixbox). Also, we have not manually configured any .conf file.

Does anyone have suggestions as to what might be wrong? We have 3mbit fiber (bursts to 5mbit). The hardware is custom built, but it is on a 3ghz box, and we only have 3 extensions (typically 1-2 calls simultaneous only).
