Hi everyone, just wanted to let all of you know that trixbox CE support has been changing a lot over the past few months. We've started a special promotion with reduced-cost support from our professional engineers (for a limited time), and we've extended our support staff to meet higher demand. We've also created a better scope-of-service agreement with many new support items. We now also offer custom support (custom programming jobs, integration, etc.)!

All of us here in the support team are really excited to be a part of the community and continue to help make trixbox the best PBX system out there for our users! Be sure to check out http://trixbox.org/support for pricing and detailed information about our upgraded support department.

Love,
the trixbox CE team

Support is Needed

hi,
I need custom programming in trixbox, actually I want to search the CID in database if found than caller needs to press some digit and if not found than caller needs to be directed to voice mail to leave voice message.
this is a kind of ordering system that I want to build. please let me know the support plan.
thanks!

Hi there, No problem. Just

Hi there,

No problem. Just go to http://trixbox.org/support and you can purchase support from there. You can also go to the module admin in your trixbox web interface and download the 'support module' which we just released last week. Then you can navigate to the support tab in your maint panel and purchase support through there. Then just follow the instructions and give us a call! We'll get it working for 'ya :)

TE210P->FAX->sync? problem

jeremy of kwmd and other stuff
The system has run fine for years, except that when I did a power off reboot, it took lots of tries to get the T1 adapter to come alive. Spans would start blinking red, get touched by the driver, go dark, then come back blinking red alarm. Last power outage it would not reboot. I'd uninstall and reinstall until it worked. This time after 3 hours, I thought it through, and decided to try a replacement power supply. The card came up the first time. Yup. The original power supply upset the Digium card, and the new supply did not.

HOWEVER: IThe spans reversed, span 1 swapping with span 0! And, I cannot send faxes from 1 to 0 and visa versa. I have the Mitel on span 1. PSTN on span 0. My t1 to the local telco is just fine, they have a test set on it. Sound quality seems OK. No lack of sync popping. I need help. Version of trixbox is old.. 1.2.0 but a reinstall is lots of work.

We use faxes a lot.... ugh. Must I do a total from scratch new trixbox install to get this thing running again?

Newbe by default.

The guy that did all our trixbox work had to leave us and we're now faced with a failed disk drive. I'm not familiar enough to know whether if I just go get another sata drive and hook it up to the RAID and the machine will format it and duplicate everything or I have to do someething more. I can't find any documentation that helps me either. HELP!
