Newbie! Please help... cannot pickup pstn line...

Hi all,
I just installed trixbox and i can configure my sip phone perfectly, but when i want to use pstn line with trixbox there is a problem...

the console said ...

-- Starting simple switch on 'Zap/1-1'
-- Executing [s@from-pstn:1] NoOp("Zap/1-1", "No DID or CID Match") in new stack
-- Executing [s@from-pstn:2] Answer("Zap/1-1", "") in new stack
-- Executing [s@from-pstn:3] Wait("Zap/1-1", "2") in new stack
-- Executing [s@from-pstn:4] Playback("Zap/1-1", "ss-noservice") in new stack
-- Playing 'ss-noservice' (language 'en')
-- Executing [s@from-pstn:5] SayAlpha("Zap/1-1", "") in new stack
== Auto fallthrough, channel 'Zap/1-1' status is 'UNKNOWN'
-- Hungup 'Zap/1-1'

Any suggestion???
after a few rings, trixbox pick up my phone and stay silent for a few seconds and then hang up call....

i've traced freepbx

i've traced freepbx generated dialplan...

it seems that my call dropped on did-catchall section..

why?

Try deleting and reload

set your verbose higher -

set your verbose higher - what you are showing me is what happens if it fail to match - not what cause the no match

problem solved!!!!

zaptelgenconfig has bug inside... it generated buggy config files...
