I am having some sound issues with my trixbox, If i call someone it rings and we get connected but no sound, if someone calls me same deal, but if i let it go to voicemail, i get the audio on the voicemail, and also people are able to here the audio from the IVR when calling in. I have TCP and UDP port 5060, as well as tcp and upd 10000-20000 opened to my trixbox, am i missing something, I have also taken the client phones out from behind there respective firewalls and given them public ip's with the same results.

No sound or one-way sound usually is caused by NAT if you use SIP phone. But since you have taken the phone outside of the firewall and give a public address, NAT shouldn't be the problem. I think you are using SIP phone. If you could use IAX phone that problem should go away.

All is better, we had gotten new IP addresses and there was still a reference to the old public IP in the Sip_Nat.conf file.
