Im currently having a very strange issue at a clients site
The current setup is as follows
PABX: Trixbox CE 2.8.0.3 with Sangoma A500 BRI card with 2 incoming ISDN lines
Handsets: Snom 300 & Snom 360 all running the lates version 7 firmware.
The problem is as follows:
If someone phones into the PABX on the ISDN lines, the call is answered by the receptionist and then tranfered to the right extention. If the transfer is done as an attended transfer (*2) then the person who called in will experience a noise/distortion on thier end in terms of voice quality.
The problem seems to be particularly bad if instead of the receptionist answering the call, a group pickup (*8) is done from another phone and then an attended transfer is made.
The problem does not seem to exist when doing a blind transfer on the call.
The noise is only experienced by the party calling in and not by the extentions
The noise only occurs once the call has been transfered.
Any help on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
