Pound ans star problem using ivr menu's

Hi there

I came acrsss a problem using the # and * key's. We often have to call with Microsoft to activate windows for our customers. They have an IVR menu wich uses the * and # key to skip some menu's. But when i enter these keys, i get the massage "transfer" and trixbox thinks that i want to transfer a call.

I have changed atnxfer to 9, so i have to press the 9 key to transfer. When i disable in general settings the Tt option als the 9 doesn't work anymore.
Enyone knows a good solution to this problem.
