Problem with iaxmodem

Hello,

I am running asterisk 1.4.1, Linux asterisk 2.6.15.4 #5 SMP.
and in var/log/messages i got spam errors about modem.

Feb 1 15:13:53 asterisk FaxGetty[3265]: /dev/ttyIAX1: Can not open modem. (No such file or directory)
Feb 1 15:13:53 asterisk FaxGetty[3220]: Unable to setup modem on /dev/ttyIAX1; giving up after 2 attempts
Feb 1 15:13:53 asterisk FaxGetty[3220]: CLOSE /dev/ttyIAX1
Feb 1 15:13:53 asterisk FaxGetty[3265]: OPEN /dev/ttyIAX1 HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.3.3

Then errors changed a little to:

My iax.conf is empty. I have no FAX connected to asterisk, i have no IAX extensions and no dailplan in extension.conf which is using IAX2.

Any ideas what is wrong or what is causing the problem and how to get rid of this.
