Queue: CID Prefix removed if Join Announcement is set

I am setting the inbound CID Prefix depending on which DID the call comes from. When it drops into the queue, the CID Prefix is removed (or reset).

If I remove the Join Announcement on the queue the CID prefix remains.

Any ideas? Is this a bug or a feature?
